Doctor Ari is licensed to practice medicine in both Illinois and Indiana. The prices quoted are for surgeries performed in Northwest Indiana at the Illiana Surgery Center in Munster. The ancillary costs of performing surgeries in Indiana are much less than in Illinois - and Dr. Ari passes these savings onto his patients. Please contact Dr. Ari's office if you are interested in pricing information for Illinois.
Some surgeries are covered by insurance, many others are not. Our office will be happy to assist you in filing your insurance claim when applicable. For elective cosmetic surgery, all fees are required to be paid before the surgery.
Third party financing may be available for elective procedures not covered by insurance. Applications are available in our office. For surgeries not covered by insurance, we are pleased to provide the initial consultation free of charge.
For procedures not covered by insurance, you may use credit to pay for part or all of the fees. We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
